Roney Resigns to Become CEO of Bunzl plc

AKRON, Ohio, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mike Roney, president of Goodyear's European Union business, has resigned to accept the position of CEO for Bunzl plc, a London-based distributor with annual sales of approximately (US) $4.3 billion.

Goodyear said Roney's successor would be announced in the next two weeks.
